Service Cancellation by Ajinkya Infotech

  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to non-payment, breach of terms, or other valid reasons.
  • Clients will receive written notice with the reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds apply only to services not fully delivered or completed.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the service start date.

Non-Refundable Services

  • One-time setup fees, consultation fees, and third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
  • Fully delivered services, such as completed websites, SEO campaigns, or social media management, are not eligible for refunds.

Partial Refunds

  • For monthly billed services, a prorated refund for the unused service period may be issued upon cancellation, subject to management approval.

Refund Process
